To schedule an appointment with us, you have several convenient options:

  • • Text or Call: Reach out to us at 612-669-6016 to inquire about availability and request an appointment. If your therapist is with a client and misses your call or text, your message will be returned promptly. Please provide your preferred date, time, session length, and specify if you require deep tissue work.
  • • Online Booking: Visit our Booking and Rates page to schedule your appointment directly through our website.
  • • Same-Day Appointments: For same-day bookings, please call or text us at 612-669-6016 to check immediate availability.
  • • Walk-In Appointments: We accept walk-in appointments at our 50th and Ewing location, subject to availability. For the best experience, we recommend scheduling in advance.

Our cancellation and no-show policy is as follows:

  • • Cancellations: If you need to cancel your appointment, a $25 cancellation fee will apply. After this fee is deducted, the remaining amount will be refunded.
  • • No-Shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, a $50 no-show fee will be charged. After this fee is deducted, the rest of the payment will be refunded.

We understand that unexpected situations arise. If you need to reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible to avoid fees and allow us to accommodate other clients.
